SHIPPING

How long is shipping?

Upon order confirmation, our expert jewelers embark on crafting your custom piece with precision, requiring 3-4 weeks. Subsequently, we ensure swift delivery, taking just an additional 1 week for shipping to bring your exquisite piece to your doorstep.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive a separate email with tracking information. Be sure to check your spam and promotions folders for the tracking email if you can't locate it. Please be sure to double-check your billing and shipping addresses so we can send your product to the correct address!

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order! Once your order leaves our facility there is little we can do to fix an address unless the order is returned by the carrier. If we catch an incorrect address, we will notify you via email.

RETURNS

What is your 30-day Return Policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. You may return your pendant within 30 days of receipt for a refund, subject to a 20% restocking fee. This policy allows you to shop with confidence, knowing that your satisfaction is our top priority.

What does your lifetime care plan cover?

Our lifetime care plan covers refinishing, polishing, loss of diamonds or gemstones,  damages, and broken chains.

How does your buyout guarantee work?

If your pendant and chain is ever damaged beyond repair, we will reimburse you for the appraised retail value at time of purchase minus any prior repair costs. All you have to do is reach out to us at the time of the incident.

Do you offer financing?

We offer Affirm, which allows payments over time with monthly installments. Payment options through Affirm are subject to an eligibility check, may not be available in all states. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required.
